Short-term project suggested to fsfe-uk. Will run until 16 June. The MEP elections are coming, so it should be easier to make them listen when they want our votes.
- I think there have been three or four significant votes for free software in the last year, the results are available online and it would be good to make a "scorecard" from them.
- We could also attend any local hustings (does anyone know about them yet?), maybe try to ask some questions and report what is said on software-related issues.
- When and where?
- Who to cover them?
- Read [Tom's advice] on questioning MEPs before going.
- For a start, I have the replies to the IPRED letters: can I summarise them to the public, or only to members of the association?
Maybe there are other good things we can do?
