I'm quite happy for Alex to organise it, it had been a 3 way thing so
far between me, him and Kirsty but this way I get to help organise and blame
him if anything goes wrong ;) more seriously, this is why Kirsty and I
would like to know about expenses early beforehand so we don't commit to
manning the stand if we can't attend etc.
