[affs-project] APIG DRM Inquiry: next stage

The APIG website has been updated:

Thankfully their URL is terribly verbose and informative.
As you may know, AFFS didn't get invited to the inquiry (which is not
being held in public), but I'm going as part of the FFII-UK delegation.
Good to see many familiar names on the written evidence list :-)
I will let people know what happens; I will probably be there for the
full thing.
